Tasks

Profile required

  • Work in all areas of F&B service operations, including bar, restaurant, banqueting, room service, sommelier, conference and events
  • Prepare the room and tables for service
  • Interact with customers, take and serve their orders
  • Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Provide a warm welcome to visitors; consistently demonstrate high levels of customer service
  • Other related duties under the supervision of F&B Managers/Trainers
  • Registered student ‘OR’ recent graduate within 24 months of graduation from a post-secondary institution (offline/online studies): vocational training, diploma, certificate, university or postgraduate studies
  • At least 18 years old
  • College/university approval required
  • Conversational English skills
